This beautiful townhome is just a short walk to Bear Lake and within one mile of Garden City Downtown Center where you’ll find famous Raspberry shakes, restaurants, the community pool and pickle ball courts, fishing pond, go carts and library. The bike trail to take you through town is just yards from the front door. You will also be less than .5 miles from the marina and only 13 miles away from the Beaver Mountain ski resort. You will have access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile, ATV and motorcycle trails right out your door. This property offers endless opportunities for family fun year round in its peaceful setting.

Kitchen/Dining Room:

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel GE appliances and all the dishes, cookware and appliances you’ll need including; a Keurig with coffee and hot chocolate pods, a blender, toaster, microwave, pots, pans and utensils.

There’s a dining table to seat 8 plus 3 stools at the bar.

Furnished with a 65” smart TV, for you to login to your own steaming services, a large cozy couch, recliner, extra blankets, a warm electric fireplace and four bunkbeds for the kids.

Master Bedroom/Bath (1):

The master bedroom/bathroom is on the main floor and features a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, side tables and lamps and a 55” smart TV. Adjoining bathroom is spacious, with a standing shower and features a separate toilet room and huge walk-in closet.

Bedroom/Bathroom (2 & 3):

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located on the second floor and feature queen size beds with memory foam mattresses, side tables, lamps, and 55” smart TV’s. More than enough extra space to set up a portable crib.

Bathrooms 2 & 3 are not connected to a bedroom and are located on the second floor.

Laundry:

The Washer and Dryer are located on the second floor. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

Parking:

Parking for 2 cars is available inside the garage, an additional 2 cars in the driveway. The unit is conveniently located right next to the additional guest parking.

Trailer and boat parking is located in the upper lot.

*No parking on the City street, please.

Outdoor Space:

Our Unit is conveniently located right next to the large community grass area. You may use the yard for volleyball, Frisbee, corn hole, BBQ – and lucky for you…it’s right outside the front door!
